Smokeshow UFC fighter Mackenzie Dern took on Hannah Cifers this weekend at UFC Fight Night: Woodley vs Burns and made some history in the process.  She became the first woman fighter to win a fight in the UFC with a kneebar submission.

Cifer's made a critical error by leaving her leg within reach of the decorated Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion.  Seconds later she was tapping out as a result.

How awesome was that?  Not only was it perfectly executed, it was perfectly hot.

There's something about the possibility of been put in a hold that not only hurts, but that you can't get out of, that's good for the blood flow if you know what I mean.

Jiu-jitsu does the body good.
