Alix Earle, once best known as an NFL WAG during her relationship with Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios, and more recently linked to legend Tom Brady, is back in headlines, but this time it’s for something way messier than fashion or football games.

The influencer has filed (and quietly settled) a lawsuit against British activewear giant Gymshark, claiming the brand dumped her sponsorship because of her stance on the Israel–Palestine conflict, and that they owe her big money for it.

According to legal filings reviewed in the UK High Court, Earle alleges she had a partnership deal with Gymshark that included paid social posts, a photoshoot, and appearances. But after she shared a post in October 2023 saying, “Now and always, we stand with the people of Israel,” the brand allegedly faced backlash, and then abruptly cut the deal short without paying her the full agreed amount.

Earle reportedly sued the company seeking around $1 million in damages for early termination of the deal. Gymshark unsurprisingly pushed back, even claiming they never had a binding contract with her, according to some reports. However, the case was quietly settled in January 2025 for an undisclosed payout, meaning both sides likely agreed to avoid a full courtroom battle.

Looks like Alix lost an NFL boyfriend and an advertiser, but gained a fresh million bucks while she was at it!

Anyway, here are some photos of Alix Earle!
