American Sprinter Noah Lyles Beats On of Usain Bolt’s Records and Teaches You How to Run the 200m!

Noah Lyles broke Jamaican running legend Usain Bolt's 200m record of the most 200m sprints under 20 seconds with a 19.47 at a meet in London recently. That is the 35th time the 26 year old has accomplished that time, so he's got a lot of time ahead to keep on destroying Bolt's record.

The Floridian was born into athletics, because both his parents were track stars and thanks to that Noah Lyles is the fastest man of the year and the third fastest in the 200m of all time, because he hasn't officially beat Bolt's top time of 19.19, he's come in at 19.31, which isn't 19.91, however he has beat Bolt in number of times he's hit run under 20 seconds, and that's something.
