Another sign that society is going completely soft... Big 12 officiating coordinator Greg Burks revealed that the "Horns Down" gesture is now going to result in a foul.

Apparently Texas and their fans can't handle the gesture and it must be flagged from here on.

Former Oklahoma Sooner, and current Browns starting quarterback Baker Mayfield had the perfect response to the extremely soft news.
