Bengals QB Joe Burrow’s Season is Over After He Was Carted Off the Field With a Knee Injury

Bengals rookie quarterback Joe Burrow was carted off the field on Sunday in Washington after suffering a devastating left knee injury. The Heisman Trophy winner's season is over.

Burrow took to Twitter after the loss to thank everyone for all the love. He seemed to confirm that the injury would be a season-ending one by saying he'll be back next season.

That's a tough way to end a season, but not all that surprising given how the Bengals offensive line has failed to protect him this season.
