Matthew Stafford has come out and done Matthew Stafford things. He's thrown two first half touchdown passes.

The Bengals first touchdown came on a pass play, but not from quarterback Joe Burrow. Running back Joe Mixon found Tee Higgins in the end zone for Cincy's first TD.
