Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette has reportedly added a little bit of weight.  The 27-year-old, whose listed playing weight is 228, is closer to 260.  Tampa Bay's coaching staff isn't too happy about the extra pounds.

Tampa Bay Times writer Rick Stroud revealed the Fournette's weight gain on a recent podcast.  Pointing out that the Bucs running back didn't look ready to play every down.

"The last time we saw Leonard Fournette he was about a donut shy of 260.  He certainly didn’t look like a guy who could play every down."

"Coaches were not happy, and that’s an understatement, when he didn’t participate in the OTAs, but then he shows up at the mandatory minicamp weighing damn near 260," Stroud added. "And that's not a good sign for a guy that you just spent a three-year contract on."

It sounds like Fournette took being fat and happy about his new deal a little too literal.  A three-year, $21 million deal can be gone in the blink of an eye in the NFL.  He better get his ass in shape and fast.
