Urban Meyer's first controversy in Jacksonville, and I say first because he's been known to have a few over the years, has come to an end. Chris Doyle resigned as the Jaguars director of sports performance.
The resignation comes less than 24 hours after the disgraced former Iowa strength and conditioning coach was hired.

I'm surprised that people are surprised by that Meyer would hire Doyle in the first place. Apparently they haven't been paying attention during his coaching career.
They must not have never heard of the assistant coach he kept employed despite repeated domestic violence incidents. This is the type of guy he is.
Don't be surprised when he brings more controversy to Jacksonville. Because there's no doubt about it, more controversy is coming.
