The McCaffrey's produced a video announcing that they are pregnant again.

It is quite possible that the video was a brand sponsored video by a pregnancy test company, which would make the video make sense.

Otherwise, it is just weird that someone would compile what should be a personal video for friends and family to share with the internet.

They are clearly a very family-oriented group there are so many of them, living their good rich influencer and NFL Athlete life and everyone in their circle is so excited about the news.

So maybe it's just part of the content marketing scheme they are letting us in on, so that we feel part of the family, which helps conversions.

Or maybe, they like sharing their private lives like exhibitionists.
