Russell Wilson's wife Ciara decided to show up to the Vanity Fair Oscars party last night wearing as little clothing as she possibly could and it seems like the look was a hit. The singer arrived wearing a totally see through gown which she paired with a tiny g-string and a newly chopped short bob.
