Earl Thomas’ Wife Files for Divorce Months After Catching Him Cheating

Earl Thomas has had a rough year so far.  The former Ravens safety was caught in bed with his brother and multiple women by his wife and held at gunpoint.

He followed that up by being cut by the Ravens for fighting a teammate.  Despite being one of the best players at his position for several years he's been unable to find a new team.

Now it's being reported that his wife Nina has filed for divorce.  She cited adultery as the reason to end the marriage.

From TMZ Sports:

According to court records, Nina Thomas put in the paperwork on Nov. 3 ... citing adultery as the grounds for ending the marriage.

Nina added in the docs that the couple has such a strained relationship ... there's zero "reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Talk about things going downhill fast.  At the beginning of the year he was a "happily" married man with a job on one of the best teams in the NFL.

Now he's lost his wife and his job.  The worst part might be that he has nobody to blame but himself.  This is just more proof that taking shots to the head isn't good for decision-making.
