Emily Mayfield Has Been Putting in the Work in the Gym

Baker Mayfield's wife Emily has been putting in the work in the gym lately.  How do I know this?  The Browns first lady took to social media to show off the results of her hard work.

Emily posted a couple of pictures about working hard for what you want and behaving yourself in the kitchen.  Two things she says she's been doing.

Whatever she's doing, it's working.  The results speak for themselves.

Now if Emily can just get Baker to stay on the same program.  If she's able to accomplish that you can go ahead and write the Browns down as a playoff team next season.  And do so in ink.

The Browns are going to go as far as Baker takes them.
