Former Detroit Lions LB Jessie Lemonier Dead at 25!

In some rather sad sports news today, former Detroit Lions linebacker has tragically died at the age of 25. According to ESPN's Eric Woodyard, the 25 year old passed away just yesterday and no cause of death has been given.

The lions also made an announcement acknowledging Jessie's death, saying he was a model teammate and will be missed.

"We are shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of former Detroit Lion Jessie Lemonier, Jessie was a model teammate and wonderful young man who is gone far too soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this difficult time.”

Former Detroit #Lions LB Jessie Lemonier has passed away, a source confirms to ESPN. Lemonier appeared in 7 games in Detroit during the 2021 season.
