Gardner Minshew Loses the Mullet

There are a couple of reasons why Gardner Minshew decided to chop off the glorious mullet he grew during the off-season.  One very obvious reason is he knew he couldn't compete with Trevor Lawrence in the hair department.

I'm not normally a guy who respects someone for not putting up a fight, but in this case Minshew had no shot of competing with Lawrence's flowing locks.

Another reason Minshew lost the mullet is that he might be drawing some trade interest.  While the mullet works beautifully in Jacksonville, it isn't going to play everytwhere.

Is this the end of Minshew Mania?  Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, I think the party is over in Jacksonville.
