Gracie Hunt’s NFL Team Owner Workout!

Gracie Hunt may be a socialite. She may have a trust fund, or at the very least an insane inheritance that makes all the NFL bros jealous because it includes the KC Chiefs, unless she already owns part of the team, which is possible. Rich people and their trusts, tax planning, shell companies, are all pretty sophisticated.

Despite being the heiress, or current owner of the most popular NFL team, she dabbles in pageantry, modelling and social media influencing.

So with her travels, her luxurious and exciting life, she produced content around her life, her fashion and most importantly her fitness, that way you can get a Gracie Hunt body of your own.

Today, she posted her workout from the Mexican gated community we assume the family has a compound on in Cabo.

Along with being fit and hot, she brought a workout, some words of wisdom, some insight and some tips for ya'll to use in your workout which is:

Here’s a quick bench + bodyweight routine for a light workout or a warm up to activate major muscle groups.

➡️ Work on the mind-muscle connection so you will get more out of your workouts.🧠
➡️ This is a high rep circuit since we are just using bodyweight for resistance. I’m doing between 20 & 50 reps for each movement.
➡️ Repeat the circuit three times.🔁
