That's one way to make sure to keep your hands ready to catch footballs. Everyone should be on this off-season program, assuming they have a model's booty to grab.

That seems like the perfect way to prepare for the long season. You can't catch hard footballs all day long, but you can grab booty from sun up to sun down.
