The 49ers aren't wasting any time when it comes to the quarterback position for next season.  Jimmy Garoppolo doesn't appear to be in their plans and it sounds like they've told him as much.

Jimmy G met with the media on Tuesday and told them the 49ers are working on finding the "right destination."  He added that he just wants to go to a place that wants to win.

From NFL.com:

"We've talked a little bit, I think more will happen in the days to come but yeah these guys have been very upfront about the whole thing," Garoppolo said. "Was talking to John (Lynch) yesterday just about finding the right destination and whatever the future holds, just doing it the right way. Got a long career ahead of me so I'm excited about it, excited about the opportunities to come.

"I just want to go to a place where they want to win, that's really what I'm in this game for. I'm here to play football, I'm here to win football games and as long as I got that and good people around me, I think the rest will take care of itself."

The Trey Lance show is going to start next season whether he's ready or not.  Where will Jimmy G end up?  There are going to be a few teams in the market for a quarterback.  The Saints, Bucs, maybe the Packers to name a few.

All Jimmy G does is win games, except the big games, those with the help of Kyle Shanahan, he ends up losing.
