Joey Gallo Threw a No-Hitter and Took Greg Maddux’s Daughter to the Prom on the Same Day

Rangers outfielder Joey Gallo has made a name for himself as a big time power hitter.  He's been hitting the ball a mile for a long time.

What many didn't know, until a recent interview on the MLB Network, is that Gallo used to pitch too.  In fact he threw a no-hitter in high school.

That was just the first part of what was an amazing day.  Gallo later took Greg Maddux's daughter Paige to the prom.

"We actually had a game earlier that day, and I pitched and I threw a no-hitter that day, and then I ended up going to prom later that night with Paige Maddux.  So it was an interesting day.  It was really fun.  But, you know, showing up and having to talk to Greg for 20 minutes and taking his daughter to prom was pretty nerve wracking for a 17-year-old."

What a story, but what everyone wants to know is what went down after the prom?  Chicks dig the long ball and Maddux chicks dig no-nos.
