Josh Allen's girlfriend Brittany Williams is stealing some of the Bills quarterback's spotlight as the season approaches with her recent Instagram activities.  She's teaching virtual private Pilates lessons on the gram.

If you want to get an idea of what Brittany's private lessons might look like, she's shared a beginner video that shows some basic Pilates moves.  It's probably going to be the best video you're going to see all day.

BACK TO BASICS + back on the EAST COAST✨ . . i got requests to do a few ‘beginner’ exercises. Pilates was created to be for every body type, age group, etc. These moves are done at every level but usually the way i teach is more “mondernized”. It felt good to get back to the fundamentals today!

Brittany is putting in that work.  Who knew Pilates looked so good?  I mean back in the day Daisy Fuentes gave us an idea, but it's been a little while since Pilates was hot in the streets.

Something tells me if the Bills Mafia has anything to do with it, Pilates will be making a little bit of a comeback.
