Seahawks wide receiver Josh Gordon was all set to make his return to the field when the NFL informed Seattle that he hadn't complied with terms of his conditional reinstatement.

Gordon reportedly had a setback in his battle with substance abuse.  He won't be allowed to practice or play with the Seahawks indefinitely.

The Josh Gordon saga continues.  Will he ever beat his demons and resume what could be an elite career?  Unfortunately it doesn't look like it.

When Gordon eventually burns through all of his "second" chances in the NFL, he'll be the king of the beer league.
