Josie Canseco had some thoughts about this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and let’s just say her Instagram story wasn’t exactly glowing. The model-turned-influencer posted a statement that read:

“The women chosen to walk in this show truly embody the rock stars we’ve always wanted to be, but with a modern touch... While some may not be the traditional ‘supermodel,’ the passion and hard work these women put into their careers deserve so much respect.”

Which, if you read between the lines sounds a lot like: “They might not be bombshells, but bless their hearts, they tried.”

Josie’s no stranger to the VS runway herself, so her words carry some weight, and a touch of that old-school model snark we secretly miss. Whether she meant to stir the pot or not, it’s safe to say her “compliment” landed more like a dig.

Looks like the drama didn’t end on the catwalk this year, it just moved straight to Instagram.
