Julian Edelman’s Baby Momma Ella Rose Had a Special Reaction to His Retirement News

Julian Edelman officially called it a career on Monday. The Patriots star receiver even had an elaborate video from the field at Gillette Stadium to make his announcement.

The decision to hangup his cleats prompted reactions from around the league, especially from his former teammates. It also prompted a personal message from someone close to him.

Edelman’s baby momma Ella Rose took to Instagram with a special reaction to the news. She shared a picture of their daughter wearing an Edelman jean jacket with the caption "forever number 1 fan."

Edelman’s NFL career might be over, but he has a lot going for him off the field.

As long as Tompa Bay doesn't come calling he'll be starting the next chapter in his life as a three time Super Bowl champion. Not bad for a 7th round pick.
