Fans Celebrated the Lakers 17th Championship by Hitting the Streets and Attacking Police Cars

The Lakers took care of business in Game 6 on Sunday night by beating the Heat easily 106-93.  After the win the celebrations from Orlando to Los Angeles started.

Fans took to the streets in large numbers outside of the Staples Center for what was the beginning of a long night of celebrating.

It wasn't all fun and games as some Lakers fans decided it was a good idea to attack police cars.  The fans could be seen throwing things at the cars as the police retreated from the scene.

How could there be any kind of mass gathering in 2020 that doesn't eventually lead to throwing shit at the cops?

Throw those pandemic worries out the window the Lakers just won another championship!
