LeBron violated the NBA's health and safety protocols prior to the Lakers play in game this week.  He attended a promotional event for a tequila brand he is doing business with.

The NBA confirmed their biggest star violated the protocols and because they're the NBA they didn't do anything about it.

LeBron was asked on Friday about attending the event and putting himself in the position to possibly miss 10-14 days if he tested positive.  This is the idiotic answer he gave.

From ESPN:

"Anything I do off the floor is predicated to my family, for the majority -- for 99.9% of that," James said. "So it's about the health and safety of my family, and that's what it came down to.

"Me being available to my teammates on the floor is me taking care of my body. Me doing everything I can do to make sure I'm available both mentally, physically and spiritually, as well. But anything of that nature, that's all family talk."

When the reporter followed up by asking James directly if he had received the vaccine, he replied, "It's not a big deal," chuckling briefly after giving his answer.

What the fuck is this?  He attended the promotional event for the health and safety of his family?

Does someone need to make sure his family is okay?  Were they being held at gunpoint so he would attend the event?

Probably not, LeBron's just giving nonsense answers to questions he doesn't want to answer.
