Mahomes Powers Through the Ankle Injury Re-Visited!

The NFL has released a little edit of Mahomes after he rolled his already injured angle, featuring the sounds of Mahomes that you didn't get to experience on TV, because I guess they didn't have his mic feed connected to the broadcast, and it is really impressing everyone!

If you watched the Super Bowl, you'll remember that Mahomes ran with the ball before being taken out by his injured leg, a tactic that I felt was strategic on the part of the Eagles. Get the injury re-injured.

He hobbled off the field, made some faces like he was really rattled and committed to coming back into the game, where he ran with the ball, on an re-injured injury and it all added to his hero storyline!

Watching it again with the audio feed makes it a little more real and I may be one of those impressed by the highly paid star sucking it up and committing to the team he was there to win for. However, I also like to think it's part of his duty and why he's paid what he is paid!
