Marsha Dunkel Training!

Marsha Dunkel is one of our favorite Track and Field athletes.

She's not an Olympian, which is probably the top tier of World Athletics, but she likes to run and posts her run content on the internet for all you runners to appreciate.

Running is at an all time high in popularity thanks to Gen Z not going to bars or drinking alcohol, but instead decided to take on health and wellness and run clubs, so seeing an elite running, just not the most elite runner, can be inspiring.

Dunkel is a German runner, like Alica Schmidt, who is an Olympian because apparently, Germans like running and that's a nice change of pace from the East German stereotypes of the 1980s, where you'd expect your German female athlete to have higher testosterone than you.
