Olympic gold medalist McKayla Maroney is probably one of the more popular personalities to come out of Women's Gymnastics in recent years thanks to having gone viral for a face she was making back when she competed. She became a meme and ran with. it.

Ten years later, she still has a massive following of fans and she has shifted her content stream from the sport she retired from into more fashion and lifestyle content.

She was 16 or 17 years old when she was at the top of her sport, which shouldn't necessarily define her entire life, I mean if you were judged or expected to perform at something you were good at when you were 16 for your entire life, that'd be pretty embarrassing. Especially if your skill at 16 was mopping the bathroom at the gas station job you had.

I am sure to make the gymnastics thing even less interesting for her, there was this whole scandal involving a guy named Larry Nassar that she was a victim of, so maybe it's best to leave that behind.

We can still be fans and enjoy the outfits and insight she brings to us.

It seems like she has found Christ, or religion and has been sharing a lot of that, which is probably good for a society that lacks faith and morals.
