Michael Thomas Posts a Cryptic Tweet Implying That the Saints Tried to Damage His Reputation

Michael Thomas was up early on Monday and he had something to get off his chest. The Saints wide receiver, who recently underwent ankle surgery, posted a cryptic tweet implying that the Saints tried to damage his reputation.

This comes after reports that Thomas didn't return the franchise's phone calls for three months. This silence reportedly played a part in delaying Thomas' surgery.

With the season just around the corner, and a change at quarterback, the Saints would have probably preferred that Thomas was ready to go Week 1. It's another case of a diva wide receiver doing diva wide receiver things, a tale as old as time.
