Mike Tyson is preparing for his November fight with Roy Jones Jr. and he looks incredible in his latest training video. And by incredible I mean he looks ready to eat children.

The 54-year-old looks nothing like the 54-year-olds you grew up with. He's strong, he's fast, he's fucking Iron Mike Tyson.

Roy Jones Jr. might want to really reconsider this fight. Nobody would blame him. Tyson appears to be all the way back to the version of himself that was a beast in ring.

If Tyson is really as fast and as strong as he looks in this video we might have a devastating first-round knockout coming our way like Tyson in his prime.
