Alex Smith announced his retirement from football with a touching video on Instagram.  The NFL Comeback Player of the Year says he has plenty of snaps left in him, but is walking away from the game to take more walks with his wife.

The video is incredible.  He talked about his entire football journey, including his return to action from a devastating leg injury.  Smith has overcome every obstacle put in his way and you really can't blame him for deciding to hang it up.
