Odell Beckham Jr is on Baby Watch Ahead of the Super Bowl

Rams wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is on baby watch ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl.  His girlfriend Lauren Wood is due to give birth at any time.

OBJ was asked about what he would do if he got the call that his baby was on the way.  Instead of laying out what his plan is he said he didn't need "that energy in the air."

From NY Post:

“I don’t need you to put that energy in the air about the Saturday night or the Sunday thing,’’ Beckham said. “I think God has a different plan. I don’t need it during the Super Bowl. I want to see my child being born, so I’m on watch.”

I think we can read between the lines here.  The "I want to see my child being born" comment is very telling.  If the baby comes he's not going to play in the Super Bowl.
