Time for some WKND WORK, you guys asked about how I get my Glutes fired up 🔥 This circuit is a great warmup to your leg day, do it anywhere with space. Perform each exercise for 30 reps. No rest between exercises. Complete the full round, rest 30-45 seconds and go again. First we activate 🎯 1-Hip Thrust 2-Donkey Kicks 3-Lateral Steps 4-Lateral / Diagonal Toe Taps 5-Standing Clams 6-Leg Circles x2 rounds will for sure get your glutes ready for a workout. Part of building that relationship with her followers requires some Q&A sessions. Lauren did one of those this weekend where she answered fitness questions, get to know me questions and offered up some advice.
One of the questions she was asked was about the rogue equipment she uses and if it works her out better than OBJ does.
Lauren jokingly answered the question with a look at her doing hip thrusts while admitting the Browns wide receiver works her out better.
I know there are certain things athletes don't want out there. But it's safe to say you can put that they're good in bed on a billboard and they wouldn't care.
As you can see it pays to be good at catching footballs.
