Packers Head Coach Matt LaFleur Holds “No Ill Will Toward” Kyle Shanahan Over Aaron Rodgers Rumors

The Packers are headed out West to take on the 49ers on Sunday night.  The 49ers were one of the teams reportedly interested in trading for Aaron Rodgers this off-season.

Ahead of this weekend's matchup, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur made it clear he holds "no ill will toward" 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan over those rumors.

Matt LaFleur says 49ers interest in Aaron Rodgers this offseason did not hurt his relationship with Kyle Shanahan: "Kyle is a great friend of mine. I haven't talked to him in awhile, it's just part of the business. You get into your own routine, but I hold no ill will toward him"

We'll see if that's still the case if Rodgers ends up in San Francisco after the season.  It's one thing to hold no ill will when you keep your guy.  That relationship might take a hit this off-season if the 49ers end up with the California boy.
