Packers WR Davante Adams Laid Out by a Huge Helmet-to-Helmet Shot

Packers wide receiver Davante Adams took a huge helmet-to-helmet shot from 49ers safety Jimmie Ward. The hit left Adams laying motionless on the turf before the medical staff took a look at him.

Adams would walk off the field, briefly enter the medical tent on the sideline then return to the game.

Expect the NFL to take a look into how the play wasn't flagged and how Adams was able to return to the game so quickly. He certainly didn't look all there immediately after the play.
