Panthers Rookie Jaycee Horn Suffered a Broken Foot During Win Over Texans

The Panthers won the game on Thursday night in Houston, but they lost both running back Christian McCaffrey and rookie cornerback Jaycee Horn to injury during the win.

McCaffrey went down with a hamstring injury that didn't look all that bad.  Horn on the other hand dropped to the turf with a non-contact injury.  It was initially feared that he might have torn his Achilles.

It was later reported that Horn suffered a broken foot.

A broken foot isn't great, but it's better than an Achilles.  Hopefully Horn is back out there after a few weeks.  I'm not as hopeful on McCaffrey.  This might be the beginning of another injury filled season.
