The Raiders are up to their old tricks again.  On Saturday they traded 2020 third-round draft pick Lynn Bowden and a sixth-round pick to the Dolphins.

In return Miami is sending them fourth-round pick.  The same fourth-round pick that the Raiders sent the Dolphins for linebacker Raekwon McMillan last week.

From Pro Football Talk:

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Raiders have traded Bowden and a sixth-round pick to the Dolphins for a fourth-round pick. The fourth-round pick is the same one that the Raiders sent to Miami for linebacker Raekwon McMillan last week.

Bowden finished up his time at Kentucky as the school’s starting quarterback, but he was a wide receiver and returner earlier in his stint at the school. He was slated to play running back with the Raiders, although Saturday’s move makes it clear that they prefer to roll with others in the backfield.

You know Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock high fived after they pulled off the Bowden trade.  They must have forgotten that they used a third-round pick on the former Kentucky quarterback.

Get ready for more of this out of Las Vegas this year.  The season hasn't even kicked off yet.
