Well, folks, Kim Kardashian just kicked the “I-only-make shapewear for ‘chill nights’” rumors to the curb, or tried. She’s rolled out the NikeSKIMS promo, and the queen of contouring tapped none other than Serena Williams to head up the campaign.
In the new promo, Williams and a roster of elite athletes put the new line through its paces, sweat, strength, stretch, you name it.
Kim appears too, of course, acting like this was always part of her “activewear” master plan. Critics are already side-eyeing the narrative: yes, Nike involvement gives the line more legitimacy, but let’s not pretend Kardashian wasn’t already designing pieces to make you look good lounging.
So yeah, Kim’s still selling sex appeal and gym vibes. But with Serena leading the charge? That’s exactly the kind of muscle she needed to flex!
