Several Rockets Players are Expected to Miss the Season Opener Due to Contact Tracing

The new look Rockets are going to look very different than expected for their season opener against the Thunder.

With James Harden's status for the game currently up in the air, it's now being reported that new Rockets, John Wall and Demarcus Cousins, are expected to miss the opener.

Coronavirus contact tracing is the reason the two new stars and others are going to miss the game.

Several Houston Rockets, including John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins and possibly more, are expected to miss tonight's season opener vs. OKC due to coronavirus contact tracing, sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium.

Shit is going down in Houston. The drama just won't stop. It's been one thing after the other since the Rockets were bounced from the bubble.

Expected a lot more drama until they rid themselves of the beard.
