She posted a very important video on her feed to inspire you into showing more support for the female track and field world.

It's clear that the women in track and field have some of the longest, leanest and are some of the most amazing athletes around.

It's also clear that their uniforms are designed to not get in the way of their performance, because when you're dealing in split second wins, anything that gets in the way of aerodynamics is crucial to eliminating!

Lucky for us, because it allows us to really dive into the sport!

She helped her Irish team get to the finals this past weekend in the Relay!
