Sources Close to Tom Brady Reportedly Believe He’s Going to Retire

The chatter about Tom Brady's possible retirement started right before the Rams-Bucs playoff game and has only picked up steam since Tampa Bay's loss.

The latest from CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora is that those close to Brady believe he's going to retire. The official announcement could come soon.

Brady retiring has to happen at some point. Why not off of a Super Bowl and a playoff run the year after? He can still play at a high level but he really has nothing left to prove.
