Stanford wide receiver Brycen Tremayne left Saturday's game against Oregon in the second quarter after suffering a nasty broken ankle.
After being tackled Tremayne was immediately in pain and reaching for his ankle, an ankle that was now facing the wrong way.
Gruesome broken leg for a Stanford receiver. Disgusting. Good on his teammate who came to calm him down/comfort him with the hand on the chest. pic.twitter.com/8ZRdwMDJH4

This is the kind of stuff nightmares are made of. Injuries like this are an unfortunate part of the game.
