Surfer Mike Morita Loses Leg in Shark Attack!

Mike Morita, a 58 year old veteran surfer from Hawaii survived the number one fear surfers have, a shark attack.

He was on the water on Sunday, felt what he thought was a seal but turned out to be a shark latched onto his right leg. He tried to fight off the shark and eventually succeeded and fighting it off, while his friends swam out to help save him. Surf bros are fearless for their brethren.

He ended up losing his right foot, but he is at peace with the situation because what can you do, it's a risk of the sport, albeit a pretty low risk of the sport but at least he survived and can live to tell the tale.
