Post-match media duties have caused another tennis player to withdraw from the French Open.  Just a couple of days after Naomi Osaka made the decision to withdraw from the French Open over media obligations, Czech tennis player Petra Kvitova announced that she was withdrawing as well.

Kvitova's issue with the post-match media obligations is a little bit different than Osaka's social anxiety.  Kvitova fell and hurt her ankle fulfilling her obligations.

"It is with great disappointment that I announce my withdrawal from Roland Garros.  During my post-match press requirements on Sunday I fell and hurt my ankle."

Be careful meeting those post-match media obligations.  You might just find yourself with a baseball player injury and out of the tournament all together.  That's an unfortunate way to leave the French Open.
