Terrell Owens Runs a 40 Yard Dash at 48!

Terrell Owens, the legendary NFL Alum, who spent 15 years playing for a handful of teams has impressed the internet with his latest instagram video of him doing the 40 yard dash!

The hall of famer, who back in 2006 had an opiate overdose, which some said was an attempted suicide, because his publicist found him unresponsive with an empty bottle of painkillers, but the suicide attempt was denied. It was a less inclusive time for mental health.

Not to rehash his dark past, or a dark day in his past, it was 16 years ago and obviously doesn't define him. It's just to say it looks like he's doing amazing and found a way to navigate his way out of dark times, so be inspired by the 48 year old killing it! The future is bright.
