Ebanie Bridges is fighting Shannon Courtenay this weekend for the WBA Bantamweight World title. That means the "Blonde Bomber" had to cut a promo video.

The Blonde Bomber had a sports bra on struggling to contain the girls throughout the video. That led to a little well placed slow motion jump rope action.
