The Saints Didn’t Even Let the Corspe of Drew Brees’ Career Get Cold Before Giving Taysom Hill a Ridiculous Extension

Is Taysom Hill the Saints quarterback of the future?  He sure as hell just signed the extension of a guy who is the quarterback of the future.

Before the corpse of Drew Brees' Hall of Fame career was even cold, the news of a four-year, $140 million extension being agreed to between Hill and New Orleans was announced.

The deal isn't exactly as insane as it sounds.  Each year of the extension is voidable and it does clear some much needed cap space this season.

Brees came he went and we're onto Taysom Hill just like that.  No letting Brees have his moment.  You would feel bad for Jameis Winston if he wasn't such an ass.
