Is handing out awards for a 60 game season an absurd thing to do? Yes. Did Trevor Bauer show up for the pandemic shortened season and pitch his ass off? Also yes.

Bauer's on the field performance was only matched by his off the field entertainment value. He took both to the next level this season.

The combination made him the first Reds pitcher to win the Cy Young Award and he was dressed for the occasion.

Bauer's outfit says it all. He's about to get PAID! My man picked a hell of a season to win pitching's most prestigious award.

There will be, and there already is, a long line of contenders knocking at his door this off-season.
