Tua Tagovailoa, the Dolphins QB studied some Jiu-Jitsu in the offseason to teach himself how to take less damage when falling. The goal was to limit concussions that shortened his season last year and that could arguably lead to the CTE no one wants because it can make you go crazy.

On Sunday's game against the Panthers, the internet has decided that Tua used some of his Jiu-Jitsu moves to avoid falling hard and rolling his way back up. Exciting.

Tua's teammate Braxton Berrios is doing dirty things with a very popular TikTok Influencer with a prostitute for a step-mom named Alix Earle, so she was also at the game getting ready for her own kind of Jiu Jitsu eating Hot Dogs and wearing vintage Miami Dolphins merch.
