For the second UFC pay-per-view event a fighter suffered a gruesome broken bone. This time middleweight Jacare Souza had his arm snapped during his fight with Andre Muniz.

The unfortunate loss for Souza took place during the last fight of UFC 262's undercard. The sound of his arm snapping is haunting.
