As her popularity has grown, so has her confidence.

Valerie now claims she runs Miami. She offered up some strong evidence of her claim by slipping into a thong.

I would argue with Valerie if I could, if for no other reason than to have her kick my ass, but she does make a very strong case with her thong picture.

If someone is going to run the city of Miami they're going to need a nice looking thonged ass to do so. She meets that requirement for sure.
